The founder of Abtin Sanat Company, Mr. Sirous Nouri Khaneghah, was born on 1936/3/30 in Khaneghah village of Ardabil province in a farming family. After helping his father as a child in animal husbandry and agriculture, he emigrated to Tehran with his relatives after his father passed away. He made this decision as a teenager, on his mother’s advice who said, "My son, go to Tehran and learn a trade and profession there." Since his relatives worked in the plating industry, he pursued the same profession, and later his mother and three brothers emigrated to Tehran as well. She always referred to her mother, who had raised them in the absence of their father, as a devoted and chaste woman.

He gained experience and knowledge by working hard every day for many years in various industries and companies. Finishing Aladin lamps in Shole chandeliers manufacturing company and working in Real factory which produced steel utensils, are part of said experiences. Eventually, despite dropping out of school due to hard work and his experience, intelligence and practical initiative, He was hired by Iran Aviation Industries Company through a hard selection process. He served 13 years in this organization.

In 1977, People around him considered the production of the device by a person without engineering educations, far from possible. when its first dryer device was made, it was welcomed. After days of service in Iran Aviation Industries Company, he started to produce plating industry devices including plating filter machines in his shop below his house. With the start of the war and the imposition of sanctions, the import of chemical and anti-acid pumps to the country became challenging and extremely expensive, so he also started to manufacture chemical pumps.

With the help of his wife and children, he sought to obtain the relevant permits. After two years of trying to obtain an ID card for the workshop, he finally complained about the negligence of the officials after a correspondence he had with Sanatgar magazine in 1985. And stated that the amount of 300,091,933Rials was spent on the import of similar devices in 1983, which he is able to produce with high quality. This persuaded the Minister of Industry at the time to issue a license. It so happened that he officially started his work in a 200-meter workshop located on Behkaran Street on the old road of Karaj called "Nouri Workshop" and one of his friends, designed the “tn” logo honorary. The ‘n’ represents “Nouri” and the ‘t’ is for workshop in Persian.

Then, with the help of family members, he established Abtin Sanat Company on 25/4/1992. The name Abtin means the soul of the benefactor and the person of good words and deeds. This name was chosen so that truth, righteousness and honest work would be the top priority. Since 1992, as the founder and CEO of Abtin Sanat Company, he has been producing various types of pumps, chamber filters, filter presses, Self-priming, scrubbers, mixers, fans and other polymer equipment. These widely used industrial product were manufactured to meet the needs of the country. In 2002 he received an honorary diploma by the Iranian Society of Inventors and Innovators for designing and manufacturing a chemical filter press. Also, design and production of his company's products was such high quality that in interaction with two large French companies named SIEBEC and SOMEFLU, both of them honorably handed over their exclusive sales and after-sales service agency in Iran to Abtin Sanat Company.

Finally, with more than half a century of work and efforts towards the development of the country's industry, at the age of 83, on Friday morning, 3/1/2020, he rejoined his god. In his reviews he always criticized the negligence of the officials towards the industry and entrepreneurs. So, the day of his death was named as the International Day of Resistance to tribute to all the resistance for the growth, exaltation and self-sufficiency of his country's industry.

He always attributed his success to the grace of God and said: "God has made me an artist so that I can create and produce despite my lack of education" and his constant mention was "With god you have all, without god you do all". He always encouraged people to work and said: "You make an effort, God blesses " and these two were the keys to his success. Following the footsteps and endless efforts of this industrial man, we consider is our duty to work stronger than ever in designing and manufacturing various pumps, filters and other polymer equipment. Our goals are to make our country’s industry independent and reach out to international markets as well.
